3. SMS/Text Messaging

Werner Coach sends SMS/text messages only to individuals who have actively opted in by submitting the public opt-in form at /sms-opt-in.html or by texting START to (610) 300-7946. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing our services or of employment. Declining the SMS opt-in does not affect a customer's reservation or an employee's job in any way.

Messages we may send to opted-in recipients include:

• Customers: Booking confirmations, trip-day reminders, driver arrival notifications, and payment receipts related to a charter reservation the customer has booked.
• Drivers and employees: Optional convenience reminders for shift times, schedule changes, and dispatch updates. Shift assignments and operational instructions are delivered through the Werner Coach driver portal and direct phone calls; SMS is supplemental only.

Message frequency varies. Typically up to 5–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, and SMS consent records are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. This is a separate, standalone guarantee from our general data sharing practices described in Section 4. SMS delivery vendors (such as Twilio) process messages on our behalf as service providers only and are bound by data-processing terms that prohibit further use of recipient data.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Payment processors, email/SMS delivery services, and cloud hosting providers that assist in our operations
• Regulatory authorities: When required by law or to comply with DOT, FMCSA, or other regulatory requirements

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations (including DOT record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Werner Coach Lines, Inc. ("Werner Coach"). By booking a trip, using our driver portal, or communicating with us via SMS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Werner Coach provides motorcoach charter transportation services, including but not limited to corporate events, school trips, weddings, sports team travel, and other group transportation needs in the greater Philadelphia area and beyond.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Werner Coach.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Deposit amounts and due dates will be specified at the time of booking.
• Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation or invoice.
• Prices are subject to change for fuel surcharges, tolls, parking fees, and other variable costs as communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by trip type and timing. Please contact us directly for cancellation terms applicable to your reservation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while on board.
• Smoking, open containers of alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited on all vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their group.
• Werner Coach reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior endangers the safety of others.

5. SMS Communications

Werner Coach sends SMS messages only to customers and employees who have explicitly opted in via our public opt-in form at /sms-opt-in.html. Providing your phone number for a booking or employment does not, by itself, opt you in to SMS — a separate opt-in action is required. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services or of employment.

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
