SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Werner Coach & Line, Inc. ("Werner Coach," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. What Messages You Will Receive

Werner Coach sends SMS/text messages only to recipients who have opted in. Messages may include:

• Customers who have booked a charter: Booking confirmations, trip-day reminders, driver arrival notifications, and payment receipts
• Drivers and employees who have opted in: Optional shift reminders, schedule updates, dispatch notifications, and safety alerts

All messages are transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Opting in to SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing service or of employment.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity or scheduled shifts. Typical recipients receive up to 5–10 messages per week. You may receive fewer or no messages during inactive periods.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Werner Coach. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will not receive any further text messages unless you opt in again.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Werner Coach is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
