By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Werner Coach & Line, Inc. ("Werner Coach," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Werner Coach sends optional supplemental SMS reminders only to current drivers and employees who have opted in. Messages are limited to:
Shift assignments and all operational instructions are delivered through the Werner Coach driver portal and direct phone calls; SMS is a convenience-only reminder layer. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Opting in to SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of any service. Employees can perform all their work and receive all required information without ever opting in to SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled shifts. Typical recipients receive up to 5 messages per week. You may receive fewer or no messages during inactive periods.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Werner Coach. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will not receive any further text messages unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Werner Coach is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
Our SMS service is supported by all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
